I contacted MagicTouch based on their reviews and before/after photos. Jacky provided excellent customer service and did an amazing job with communicating and squeezing me in their busy schedule on the same day.

Ernesto is truly a professional who is knowledgeable about his craft. He explained every step to me and the reasons why he does it the way he does. We had a great conversation about family, sports, living in LA, and so much more. You can tell he's a proud father and loves his children very much.

I highly recommend MagicTouch because of their customer service, convenience, time efficiency, pricing, quality of work, and most importantly - their character. Look at the before and after and decide for yourself.

 Verified Had a dent in my rear trunk hatch.  A quote was provided from photos I took of the damage, and it was much lower than a traditional collision shop.  Ernesto came out and did metalwork to pound out and reshape the dent in the trunk hatch.  He did not take shortcuts and did it right.  The color matching and final finish were done really well.  Verified I'm so amazed with this service. I accidentally backed into my husband's car and didn't want to go through the insurance. As a busy mom with 3 young kids Magic Touch repairs was perfect for me. They were able to assess my damage over the phone with a few specific pictures and I reached out to similar companies in my area but they were the only ones willing to come help. They were not able to fix all of the damage but at least it looks so much better than before and gives me time to save up to fix the rest. My technician, Ernesto, sent me a confirmation text prior to our appointment and he was punctual, professional and super quick to do the work. He did such an AMAZING job and was so kind.  Verified I had a few deep scratches to the rear passenger door that needed fixing. I was skeptical at first because of the whole mobile repair thing and the specific color of my paint, but after a few hours all my worries went away. Ernesto was friendly, professional and explained everything he was going to do. He blended the color perfectly. The cost was way better than what most other places were charging, and the added bonus that they come to you. I hope I never have to use this service again, but if I do I won't hesitate to use MagicTouch Repairs.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other customers. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel preparation costs.
